Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US and 19+ years old.
• 1+ years of field service or related experience.
• Valid driver2 license with ability to travel to field sites.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic corrective maintenance.
• Support installation, setup, removal, and commissioning of equipment at customer or site.
• Conduct preventive maintenance: inspections, cleaning, basic adjustments.
• Record time, tasks, and service outcomes in service management tools.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support teams.
• Follow documented service procedures and safety guidelines.
• Provide status updates and participate in service coordination touchpoints.
