Job summary

Journey Payroll & HR is seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Partner Development Assistant to build and nurture relationships with accounting firms in Fort Collins, Boulder, and Denver. You will represent Journey in the community and deliver marketing materials.

The role is hands-on, field-based, and offers 20–30 hours per month with opportunities to grow into additional responsibilities and hours.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel regularly within local territory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent, highly organized and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Hand-deliver monthly marketing flyers and a companion gift to 100–150 accounting firm contacts each month.
• Develop genuine relationships with contacts and represent Journey professionally.
• Help generate appointments for Journey's sales team through outreach.
• Participate in monthly meetings with ownership and CEO to review results and strategy.
• Communicate activity and feedback to Journey's marketing and sales teams.
