Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Part-Time Field Support Associate for its Valet Trash service. The role involves hands-on, non-supervisory field work to support contractor-based operations across communities, including audits, inventory tasks, and temporary on-site assistance.

The position requires local travel, independent work, and comfort with physically demanding tasks, enabling seamless operational support during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Willingness to drive and perform hands-on field work within a metro area
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to document observations accurately
• Reliable open bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer is required
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50–70 lbs as required
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits to verify service quality, safety compliance, and site conditions.
• Perform inventory-related tasks, including equipment checks, replenishment, lockbox/fob replacement, and minor repairs.
• Provide compactor and dumpster assistance when access or overflow issues occur.
• Support service verification efforts through observational evaluation of contractor performance.
• Assist with on-site operational support during high-demand events or temporary service windows.
• Document findings clearly and submit reports to Valet Trash Operations.
