Fetch is a venture-backed company redefining multifamily living through logistics and hospitality. Valet Trash by Fetch is seeking a Part‑Time Field Support Associate to provide hands-on, non-supervisory field support for communities with our Valet Trash Service.

This role is a flexible extension of the operations team, focusing on audits, inventory checks, and short-term field assistance during high-volume or disruption periods.

Qualifications

• Willingness to drive and perform hands-on, physical field work within a metro area.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to document observations accurately.
• Reliable open bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer is REQUIRED.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50–70 lbs as required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits to verify service quality, safety compliance, and site conditions.
• Perform inventory-related tasks, including:
• Equipment condition checks
• Inventory replenishment
• Lockbox and fob replacement
• Coordination of minor equipment repair
• Provide compactor and dumpster assistance when access, overflow, or blockage issues occur.
• Support service verification efforts, including observational evaluation of contractor performance.
• Assist with temporary service window coverage or on-site operational support during high-demands events.
• Document findings clearly and submit reports to Valet Trash Operations.
