Fetch Package, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Field Support Associate to provide hands-on, non-supervisory field support for communities with Valet Trash Service.

This role works as a flexible extension of the operations team, focusing on audits, inventory, verification tasks, and short-term field assistance during high-volume or disruption periods. Ideal candidates enjoy practical, hands-on part-time work, are comfortable traveling locally, and can work independently.

Qualifications

• Willingness to drive and perform hands-on field work in a metro area.
• Reliable open bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer is REQUIRED.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50-70 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits to verify service quality, safety compliance, and site conditions.
• Perform inventory-related tasks including equipment condition checks and replenishment.
• Handle lockbox and fob replacement and coordinate minor equipment repairs.
• Provide compactor and dumpster assistance for access, overflow, or blockages.
• Support service verification by observing contractor performance.
• Assist with temporary on-site coverage during high-demand events.
• Document findings and submit reports to Valet Trash Operations.
