Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Part-Time Field Support Associate to perform hands-on field work across our Valet Trash program in the Miami area. This non-supervisory role supports contractor-based operations with audits, inventory tasks, verification, and short-term field coverage during high-volume or disruption periods.

The ideal candidate works independently, travels locally, and is comfortable lifting up to 50–70 lbs, using a smartphone for documentation, and communicating clearly with the operations

Qualifications

• Willingness to drive and perform hands-on, physical field work within a metro area.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to document observations accurately.
• Reliable open bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer, is REQUIRED.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50-70 lbs as required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits to verify service quality, safety compliance, and site conditions.
• Perform inventory-related tasks, including:
• Equipment condition checks
• Inventory replenishment
• Lockbox and fob replacement
• Coordination of minor equipment repair
• Provide compactor and dumpster assistance when access, overflow, or blockage issues occur.
• Support service verification efforts, including observational evaluation of contractor performance.
• Assist with temporary service window coverage or on-site operational support during high-demand events.
• Document findings clearly and submit reports to Valet Trash Operations.
