Fetch is seeking a Part-Time Field Support Associate to provide hands-on field support for its Valet Trash Service. The role involves audits, inventory tasks, and temporary on-site assistance across communities within a metro area.

This position requires traveling locally, working independently, and lifting up to 50–70 lbs. A valid driver’s license and access to a trailer-capable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to drive and perform hands-on field work within a metro area.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate observation documentation.
• Reliable open-bed pickup with trailer is required.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50–70 lbs as required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits to verify service quality, safety compliance, and site conditions.
• Perform inventory-related tasks, including: Equipment condition checks, Inventory replenishment, Lockbox and fob replacement, Coordination of minor equipment repair.
• Provide compactor and dumpster assistance when access, overflow, or blockage issues occur.
• Support service verification efforts, including observational evaluation of contractor performance.
• Assist with temporary service window coverage or on-site operational support during high-demand events.
• Document findings clearly and submit reports to Valet Trash Operations.
