Zusammenfassung

Centric Fiber OpCo, LLC is seeking a Customer Service & Technical Support Specialist (Part-Time) to deliver excellent support for fiber services. The role blends customer service with basic network provisioning, troubleshooting, and coordination with the NOC and field teams.

You will handle inbound/outbound communications, onboarding, and issue resolution while promoting services, billing accuracy, and promotions.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of technical support or telecommunications experience preferred.
• Comfort with basic IP networking.

Aufgaben

• Manage large volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats.
• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information about services, billing, and promotions.
• Support fiber customers with issue resolution, onboarding, and account management.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, offer right solutions, and follow up until resolved.
• Update customer records and account details after interactions.
• Promote Centric’s fiber network and educate customers to support marketing efforts.
• Support safety, compliance, and Centric’s values and procedures.
• Provision customer equipment and serve as first line of technical support.
• Escalate alarms, document trouble tickets, and monitor outages.
• Dispatch field teams for troubleshooting or pickups if needed.
• Work with teams to resolve subscriber issues and close tickets.
• Monitor network issues in HubSpot or Zoho.
