Centric Fiber OpCo, LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service & Technical Support Specialist to join its Customer Care department in Texas. The role blends customer service with provisioning, basic network troubleshooting, and coordination with NOC and field teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• At least 2+ years in customer service.
• At least 2+ years in technical support or telecom preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic MS Office and CRM proficiency.
• Familiarity with IP networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of calls, emails, and chats.
• Provide accurate info on services, billing, and promotions.
• Assist with onboarding and account management.
• Resolve issues and follow up until resolved.
• Update records after each interaction.
• Coordinate with NOC and field ops when needed.
• Assist with provisioning equipment and service tickets.
