Responsibilities

• Greets and provides specialized services to customers.
• Performs transactions quickly, efficiently and professionally.
• Provides layaway services and handles refunds, exchanges and price adjustments per policy.
• Takes and processes customer special orders and follows up with vendors.
• Monitors rain checks and tracks orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists customers with NEXCARD accounts and payments.
