Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Keyholder to assist with daily store operations, sales, client experience, and asset protection. You will help the sales team, open/close the store, and uphold Lilly Pulitzer's visual standards.

The role is part-time, hourly, non-exempt, based in-store with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Weekly pay and product discounts are included where applicable.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in fashion or retail preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple technology.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move around the store during shifts.
