Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer in Florida is seeking a part-time Keyholder to assist with daily store operations, sales, and client experience. This role is based in-store and non-exempt, with responsibilities including safeguarding assets and supporting the sales team.

Flexibility is required for nights, weekends, and holidays due to seasonality, and emphasis is on maintaining Lilly Pulitzer’s standards while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in fashion/retail.
• Excellent communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations including sales, client experience, and safeguarding assets.
• Drive sales by providing exceptional client experience and supporting the sales team.
• Maintain cash transaction accuracy in accordance with procedures.
• Open and close the retail store.
• Resolve client-related issues or escalate to management as needed.
• Provide feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer's visual and operational standards as set by Visual and Retail Operations.
• Safeguard the assets of the store.
