Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Part-time Retail Keyholder to support daily store operations, sales, and client experience at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location. You will safeguard assets, assist with opening and closing, and help elevate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture to delight customers.

You will be on your feet for shifts, lift up to 20 pounds, and collaborate with team members to hit sales goals while upholding Core Values and store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fashion/retail supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong communication with clients, colleagues, and management is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple devices.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Able to stand and maneuver around the store during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, sales, client experience, and safeguarding assets.
• Drive sales through exceptional client service and support the sales team.
• Open and close the retail store as needed.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and client experience.
• Provide feedback to management on selling opportunities and successes.
• Maintain visual and operational standards per Visual and Retail Operations teams.
