Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a part-time Keyholder to support in-store operations, sales, and client experience at our Greenwich, CT location. The role requires uplifting Lilly Pulitzer’s standards and safeguarding assets while opening and closing the store.

Responsibilities include assisting the sales team, resolving client issues, and maintaining visual and operational standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Excellent problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the Lilly Pulitzer retail store, including sales and client experience.
• Safeguard assets of the store and manage cash per procedures.
• Open and close the store.
• Provide elevated customer service and support the sales team to achieve goals.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer visual and operational standards in-store.
• Escalate client issues to store management when necessary.
