Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is partnering with a progressive, team-based primary care practice in Everett, WA to recruit a Family Medicine physician for a part-time role. Expect patient volumes of 10–15 daily with 20–60 minute appointments, enabling thoughtful, relationship-based care.

The position supports a modern care model with onsite lab/pharmacy, health coaching, and strong team collaboration. Eligible for CME benefits and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency; Family Medicine preferred.
• Board Certified through ABFM, ABIM, or AOA.
• 3+ years of primary care experience.
• Current, unrestricted Washington medical license and valid DEA registration.
• Experience with team-based care and EMR proficiency; athenahealth preferred.
• Medicare Advantage and HCC coding experience a plus.
• Negative TB test documentation within 12 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver relationship-based primary care with longer appointments and focused patient listening.
• Collaborate with a dedicated care team and utilize onsite lab/pharmacy to streamline care.
• Engage in clinical leadership, quality improvement, and care model development.
• Focus on outcomes and population health rather than RVU or procedure volume.
