AdventHealth Primary Care+ is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physicians for a Part-Time outpatient role within our team-based primary care model. Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.

• Comfortable working in a team-based model supervising APPs.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-engagement skills.
• BLS Required.
