You’ll see 10–15 patients daily with visit lengths from 20 to 60 minutes, enabling thoughtful listening and personalized care within a supportive, team-based environment. Qualifications

• MD or DO with residency in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Board certification through ABFM, ABIM, or AOA.
• Active Washington license and DEA registration.
• Experience in team-based care and EMR proficiency.
• Negative TB documentation within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver thoughtful, relationship-based primary care with 20–60 minute visits.
• Collaborate with care team to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Engage in clinical leadership, quality improvement, and care model development.

Qualifications
