Sage-Haus in North Dallas seeks a Family Assistant to support a busy household. This part-time role (8–10 hours per week to start) covers errands, meal prep, calendar management, vendor coordination, and travel logistics for our granddaughter.

The position offers discretion and a proactive, organized approach in a private-home environment. The candidate should be reliable, discreet, and comfortable navigating a home with stairs, with NDA willingness and valid US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Smoke-free and fragrance-free on the job.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.
• Ability to navigate a 1.5-story home with stairs throughout the day.
• Willing to sign an NDA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly high-protein breakfasts and 1–2 dinners with leftovers.
• Handle grocery deliveries and kitchen cleanup.
• Organize closets and seasonal décor; store and catalog items.
• Coordinate with cleaners, landscapers, and contractors; document work.
• Schedule pet grooming and vet visits; arrange transportation.
• Arrange vehicle maintenance and fueling as needed.
• Manage family calendar, gifts, and travel logistics for visits.
