Job summary

Sage Haus is seeking a proactive Part-Time House Manager / Family Assistant to support a busy Phoenix family. The role focuses on keeping the home organized, managing daily tasks, and ensuring a calm, efficient environment for a toddler and a newborn.

You will coordinate calendars, meals, errands, and light childcare support, with a flexible schedule (Mon/Wed/Fri 8:30–2:30) and weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Smoke-free environment required.
• Fragrance-free environment required.
• Reliable personal vehicle with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Familiar with Google Calendar, Skylight Calendar, and MyFitnessPal.
• Vaccinations up to date per CDC guidelines with applicable accommodations.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems.
• Daily resets and prep for cleaners.
• Light tidying of high-traffic areas.
• Manage seasonal clothing swaps and sort outgrown items.
• Coordinate donation drop-offs and event prep.
• Pack/unpack for travel and handle indoor plants.
• Change batteries, bulbs, smoke detectors, etc.
• Take out trash and manage diaper bin; curb on Wednesdays.
• Restock pantry and household supplies.
• Manage running supply lists and subscriptions; handle returns/dry cleaning.
• Mail and package handling and box breakdown.
• Manage Google Calendar and Skylight scheduling.
• Coordinate events and appointments; travel planning support; track receipts/budget.
• Occasional school pickups/drop-offs; light supervision/backup childcare.
• Plan breakfast smoothies and 1–2 healthy meals per week; groceries.
