Sage Haus in Miami, FL is seeking a reliable House Manager & Family Assistant to support a busy family with a young child and dog. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule (12–15 hours per week) and hands-on help with daily routines, organization, errands, meal support, and pet care to keep life flowing smoothly.

You’ll work closely with the family to anticipate needs, maintain a warm, professional presence, and build trust as a consistent day-to-day partner in the home.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license where required.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable around dogs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Family Support: School pickup 2–3 times per week; after-school routine; lunch prep; date night and weekend coverage as needed; light supervision.
• Household Organization & Maintenance: Create and maintain household systems; daily resets; oversee bi-weekly cleaning; refresh entry areas; coordinate donations; basic maintenance tasks.
• Deep Cleaning & Special Projects: Occasional deep cleaning of items; tackle larger organizational projects; refresh high-use areas.
• Inventory & Errands: Restock pantry, fridge; handle mail/packages; run occasional errands.
• Meal Support: Prep-style kitchen support 2–3 times per week; prepare school lunches; clean up after prep.
• Laundry & Linens: Wash, fold, organize; iron/steam uniforms; maintain laundry area.
• Pet Care: Feed, walk, engage with dog; schedule grooming; manage frozen food deliveries; heart-worm prevention.
• Vehicle Upkeep: Schedule maintenance; keep vehicles road-ready; mileage reimbursement.
• Vendor & Property Oversight: Oversee cleaning team; pest control; coordinate repairs.
• Administrative & Personal Assistant Support: Maintain family calendar; coordinate kid-related appointments.
