Excel Facility Services is seeking a reliable janitor in Bolivia, NC to perform building cleaning duties across assigned locations. You will maintain cleanliness, follow scope of work, and support management in coverage. Part-time hours and uniforms are required, with attention to safety and punctuality.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, be able to follow directions, and maintain a clean, safe workplace. Biometric timekeeping and daily tasks are part of the role.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean counter tops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dust and clean cashier stalls, ceiling light fixtures.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Follow safety rules and use safety precautions.
• Complete SOW as requested and assigned by the manager per location.
• Perform general cleaning tasks throughout our building.
• Restock supplies in areas assigned.
• Maintain areas assigned in attractive and clean condition and notify supervisor of repairs.
• Participate in workshops and training as needed.
• Ensure sufficient janitorial supplies and report issues promptly.
• Ensure doors are locked at night when applicable.
• Use Time and Attendance system to report hours and payroll.
• Complete IVR system if applicable or notify manager ASAP if issues arise.
• Always wear uniform and IDs while working.
