Job summary

Excel Facility Services is seeking a reliable janitor to provide excellent cleaning services at Bolivia, NC. The part-time role entails keeping assigned areas clean and executing the scope of work for all locations, as directed by management for coverage.

Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness across common areas. The position requires good communication, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with attention

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners; clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dust and clean cashier stalls, ceiling light fixtures.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe condition.
• Follow safety rules and use safety precautions.
• Complete SOW as requested by the manager per location.
• Perform general cleaning tasks throughout our building.
• Notify supervisor of repairs needed.
