Job summary

Excel Facility Services is seeking a reliable janitor in Lincoln Park, NJ to provide cleaning services across assigned locations. The role requires performing daily cleaning tasks and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

The position is part-time, with emphasis on attention to detail, attendance, and ability to follow written and oral instructions. Training will be provided and uniforms are expected.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products.
• Good attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dust and clean cashier stalls, ceiling light fixtures.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Follow safety rules and use safety precautions.
• Complete SOW as requested and assigned by the manager per location.
• Perform general cleaning tasks throughout our building.
• Restock supplies in areas assigned.
• Ensure doors are locked at night (if applicable).
• Use Time and Attendance system to report hours and payroll purposes.
• Complete IVR system if applicable or notify manager ASAP if any issues.
