Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical issues as directed.
• Replace light bulbs and keep maintenance areas clean and organized.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
• Attend departmental and staff meetings as directed.
