Mobridge Regional Hospital & Clinics is seeking a dependable, hands-on Skilled Maintenance Technician to support a safe, functional healthcare facility. You will perform general building and grounds maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of hospital equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, flooring).
• Assist with boiler inspections, maintenance, repairs, and checks.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document work.
• Replace lighting, filters, belts, fuses, and other components as needed.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and remove trash from designated areas.
• Perform groundskeeping including mowing, landscaping, and outdoor upkeep.
• Clear snow and ice from driveways and sidewalks during winter.
• Operate, clean, and maintain maintenance and groundskeeping equipment.
• Respond to maintenance needs and communicate supplies to supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures around hazardous materials and infection prevention.
