Job summary

Family Health Services Foundation in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking a part-time Facilities Technician to support maintenance across our clinics and facilities. The role covers routine upkeep, preventive maintenance, painting, repairs, deliveries, furniture assembly, and fleet care under the direction of the Operations Manager.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years of experience related to duties specified.
• Unrestricted valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Starting pay of $15.50.
• Employee's are eligible for a quarterly bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building repairs and maintenance.
• Replace HVAC filters and lighting fixtures.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces/drywall repair.
• Assist with furniture assembly and office moves.
• Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, and facility repairs.
• Monitor and schedule vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Travel between Family Health Services locations as needed.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation.
