JP McHale Pest Management, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Specialist to oversee daily maintenance, safety, and efficiency of all company facilities in Buchanan, NY. This role keeps the environment safe for staff and visitors, coordinates vendor work, and supports office projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2–5 years in building maintenance.
• Licensed or certified in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general contracting is a plus.
• Intermediate skills in HVAC, painting, electrical, plumbing, welding, and safe tool use.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair and maintenance by vendors and contractors for building upkeep.
• Handle daily office repairs, painting, carpentry, and light plumbing/electrical tasks.
• Monitor climate control and coordinate preventative maintenance for central systems.
• Manage supplies, maintain clean and safe environment, and prep for events.
• Review work orders, manage bids, and ensure regulatory compliance.
