Job summary

Apis Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Facilities Specialist to maintain residential and community facilities, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support day-to-day operations. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with vendors.

The role offers full-time hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM) at multiple Pennsylvania locations, with opportunities to develop HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building system skills in a collaborative team environment.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Safety-minded with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned facilities and support day-to-day operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call maintenance.
• Collaborate with staff, contractors, vendors and Facilities Management.
• Travel between company locations as needed.
