Riboli Family Wines seeks a part-time Facilities & Operations Assistant to support daily maintenance, safety, and the upkeep of our Los Angeles facilities. You will help ensure a clean and functional workplace and handle routine requests on site.

The role requires coordinating with vendors, processing work orders, and maintaining facilities records while balancing multiple priorities with reliability and discretion.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' work experience in a facility related role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating and working with vendors and service providers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and facility maintenance processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day maintenance and operation of company facilities.
• Submit, track, and follow up on maintenance work orders to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, service requests, and facility projects.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and operational concerns.
• Support facility moves, reconfigurations, and workspace setup activities.
• Support with vendor and contractor management while on site.
• Maintain accurate facilities documentation and logs records.
• Maintain storage areas and ensure facilities equipment and supplies are organized and accessible.

Role Summary

The Facilities & Operations Assistant supports the daily maintenance, functionality, and safety of company facilities and property. This role supports facility-related requests and helps to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment. This is a part-time position onsite in Los Angeles.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
