• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating and working with vendors and service providers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and facility maintenance processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day maintenance and operation of company facilities.
• Submit, track, and follow up on maintenance work orders to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, service requests, and facility projects.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and operational concerns.
• Support facility moves, reconfigurations, and workspace set up activities.
• Support with vendor and contractor management while on site.
• Maintain accurate facilities documentation and logs records.
• Maintain storage areas and ensure facilities equipment and supplies are organized and accessible.
