Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building plumbing and electrical systems.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns of equipment.
• Install new equipment and perform routine procedures in daily operations (e.g., sewage plant).
• Paint interior and exterior walls and trim.
• Perform other duties and special projects as required.
