Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with related experience or training.
• Two years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Electrical and plumbing experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills including email, internet, and documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled building maintenance across park facilities and offices.
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment and tools.
• Winterize/de-winterize pavilions, hydrants, and pool complex.
• Program and operate pool controls, pumps, and filtration systems.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies (electrical, plumbing, heating).
• Coordinate with supervisors; assist with major projects; weekend work may be required.
