Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and routine maintenance, construction, and repair tasks.
• Assist with facility projects including painting, drywall, and carpentry.
• Maintain organization in facilities spaces.
• Communicate progress or problems to the Business Manager.
• Use PPE and follow safe work habits, including lock-out/tag-out.
• Handle snow removal and seasonal tasks as needed.
