Job summary

Leap Services is seeking a Part Time Buildings and Grounds Technician to maintain a network of facilities across Washington County. You will handle routine building upkeep, groundskeeping, light custodial work, and seasonal support while assisting with program-related services such as Clean & Tune and air conditioner installation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities, or related work preferred.
• Experience with basic HVAC, electrical, or plumbing tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance, groundskeeping, and light custodial tasks.
• Provide seasonal support and program-related services including Clean & Tune and air conditioner installation as assigned.
• Contribute to safe, functional, and well-maintained environments for staff, clients, and the community.
