Job summary

ManpowerGroup (USA) is seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This part-time role maintains general building upkeep, cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of facilities and grounds while supporting church and community events.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance and repair tasks, assisting with event setup and teardown, inspections, grounds upkeep, and coordinating facility-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in building/facilities maintenance preferred.
• Basic repair skills and knowledge of building maintenance.
• Plumbing and/or electrical experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to lift, move, and set up equipment for events.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility
• Assist with event setup and teardown, including tables, chairs, and equipment
• Conduct basic building inspections and address maintenance concerns
• Support the upkeep of grounds and facility appearance
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of facility-related tasks as needed
• Work collaboratively with staff to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
