Job summary

Tri-County Council for the LESMD in Salisbury, MD is seeking a full-time Facilities Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs of facilities and grounds.

The role covers carpentry, drywall, lighting/HVAC filter changes, painting, vehicle and building cleaning, minor plumbing/electrical work, and snow or debris removal as needed; strong attention to safety and quality is expected.

Responsibilities

• Facility and grounds maintenance and repairs
• Basic carpentry and drywall
• Lightbulb and HVAC filter replacement
• Power washing of vehicles, buildings, parking lot, bus shelters, sidewalks, trash cans, etc
• Bus shelter installation and maintenance
• Indoor and outdoor painting
• Cleaning and maintaining parking lots
• Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Facilities maintenance and cleaning; i.e. gutters, trash collection, grass cutting & trimming, shrub trimming, and tree trimming
• Assist with snow and debris removal, as needed
