Fort Bend County is seeking motivated individuals for janitorial duties across county facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, floors, windows, and office areas; restocking supplies and trash removal as part of daily duties.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with up to 29 hours per week. This position is open to applicants with minimal education and provides benefits through the Texas County District Retirement System. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 6 months job related experience.
• Knowledgeable in cleaning process and ability to complete tasks in assigned time.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, walls, floors, doors and fixtures.
• Remove trash and replace liners; restock restroom supplies.
• Sweep, strip and wax floors; dust and clean office furnishings.
• Vacuum and maintain floor coverings and upholstered furniture.
• Participate in emergency management duties as directed.
