Job summary

US Lawns is seeking a part-time custodial professional to clean and maintain assigned areas within the County. Schedule is 6:30a-2:00p on Mon, Wed, Fri, with duties including general cleaning and restocking supplies.

The role requires a high school diploma and 6–12 months custodial experience. Benefits include retirement and PTO, with opportunities for advancement.

Work Schedule: 6:30a-2:00p (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Job Summary:

To clean and maintain assigned areas, buildings, facilities and grounds within the County.

Essential Job Functions:

• Janitorial Duties: Sweeps, mops, vacuums, scrubs or polishes floors. Cleans offices including desks, windows and hallways. Cleans restrooms including toilets, sinks and floors. Performs trash removal and moves supplies to designated locations.
• Equipment Operation: Able to operate vacuum cleaners, hand tools, scrubber, electrostatic sprayer & buffing machine.
• Product Ordering and Stocking: Tracks stock and prepares monthly list of cleaning items needed for completion of job tasks.
• Attends training, seminars or in-services as required.
• Performs other job-related duties as required and as assigned.

Minimum Requirements to Perform the Work:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Experience:

• 6-12 months working experience in custodial environment preferred.
