Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related custodial experience preferred.
• Equivalent education/experience considered.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors and surfaces.
• Wipe windows, walls, and fixtures; clean restrooms daily.
• Clean offices, hallways, lobbies, and common areas.
• Assist in training new custodians as needed.
• May unlock/secure buildings and operate cleaning equipment.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Two years professional related work experience

Equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs)
