Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow Scope of Work and Procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Excellent supervision and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• supervise, direct, and participate in custodial work for Cobb County Libraries.
• Cover shifts and perform general custodian duties as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections and enforce safety and cleanliness standards.
• Provide training to custodial staff on cleaning procedures and SDS.
• Assist in developing departmental policies and workflows.
• Maintain equipment, report safety hazards, and coordinate with client.
