Job summary

LensCrafters is hiring a Part-Time EyeCare Advisor to support patient and customer experiences in our Wesley Chapel store. You will greet customers, explain services, assist with frame and lens selections, and help coordinate eyewear orders with the optometry team.

Join our LensCrafters team to deliver quality eye care, operate the POS system, and maintain store standards while providing friendly, professional service to customers and patients alike.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills for internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends relevant to eyewear.
• Strong communicator and listener with good problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Organization skills and sales ability.
• Basic math and knowledge of store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers quickly and provide friendly service.
• Answer the phone promptly and professionally.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products, and services to customers.
• Review prescriptions and patient information for accuracy.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses based on vision and budget.
• Maintain store appearance and visual displays per guidelines.
• Operate the POS system and handle payments securely.
• Process orders and coordinate with the doctor/retail team as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in handling patient records.
