Job summary

Pearle Vision in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Associate Optometrist for a casual part-time position. You will deliver NECE care and work with the Store Manager and field leadership to maintain a safe, motivating work environment and ensure excellent patient experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, ensuring accurate diagnoses, coaching staff on clinical protocols, and collaborating to meet targets for exams, sales, and patient satisfaction. A Doctor of Optometry is required.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry is required.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conveys a 100% commitment to providing excellent Patient/Customer Service through delivering and leading the execution of NECE.
• Greet patients and answer phones when needed.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Coaches Associate Doctors on clinical protocols and audits charts as appropriate.
• Communicates effectively with store staff to ensure a seamless eyecare experience and beneficial patient outcomes.
• Leads training in orientation, front desk procedures, pre-testing, telephone skills, contact lens training, and clinical protocols.
