Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Guard Exterior Patrol in De Soto, KS. You will provide security for a technology/media/telecom site, performing patrols, monitoring access, and delivering courteous customer service while upholding site policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and document observations and actions.
• Communicate security-related concerns, incidents, and maintenance issues to site contacts and leadership.
