Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state and local laws.
• Background histories considered in compliance with applicable laws.
• A valid driver's license only required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and guests while enforcing site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and assist with visitor/contractor entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and document actions.
• Communicate security concerns, incidents and maintenance issues to site contacts and leadership.
