Rent Responsibly is seeking a New Mexico-based Executive Director or Operations Manager to support the NM Short-Term Rental Association. This part-time role will lead membership and revenue growth, member engagement, communications, events, operations, and advocacy.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, community-minded professional who can turn strategy into action. Candidates must be NM-based with 2+ years of nonprofit, association, operations, or project management experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of nonprofit, association, operations, or project management experience.
• Polished communicators, self-directed, organized and tech-savvy.
• Experience in membership and revenue growth; bonus in short-term rentals or policymaker engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead membership and revenue growth, member engagement, communications, events, operations and advocacy.
• Monitor local news, legislation, regulatory developments and media opportunities affecting NMSTRA and members.
• Campaign development, chapter support, volunteer recruitment, board guidance and basic financial administration.
