Job summary

The Laramar Group LLC in Albuquerque, NM seeks a temporary Community Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, resident relations, and team leadership for a 2–5 month assignment.

You will manage budgeting, occupancy goals, and reporting while ensuring excellent resident service and compliance with policy and law. Prior residential property management and supervisory experience are required, with MS Office proficiency and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience in residential property management or related field.
• Additional managerial experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to read, write and communicate in English and perform basic to moderate math functions.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Always maintain high-quality customer service.
• Oversee operations to maximize property occupancy and revenue.
• Follow budget constraints while maintaining property quality.
• Document up-to-date financial goals, expenditures, owners' reports, and income.
• Oversee leasing process including applications, pricing and renewals.
• Lead staff through hiring, training and performance management.
• Conduct regular team meetings and communications with staff and owners.
• Maintain high-quality resident relations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Create a safe, clean, and productive work environment for staff.
