Job summary

The Psychedelic Therapy Alliance seeks a part-time Executive Director to guide the organization through its next growth phase. You will report to the Board and work with committees to advance strategy, partnerships, and sustainability while expanding member engagement.

You will lead governance, fundraising, communications, and program development, leveraging limited hours and resources to maximize impact in the psychedelic therapy field.

• Deep understanding of psychedelic therapy and evolving field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, relationship-building, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational strategy with the Board and translate priorities into actionable goals.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and manage agreements with collaborators.
• Oversee membership programs, onboarding, renewals, and member engagement.
• Coordinate committees, initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
• Represent the Alliance publicly and manage external communications and fundraising.
