Qualifications

• Terminal degree in psychology, counseling, or a related clinical discipline.
• Deep expertise in psychedelic-assisted therapy evidenced by scholarship or practice.
• Experience leading higher education programs and initiatives.
• Experience developing post-graduate certificates or professional programs.
• Familiarity with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and evolving regulatory/training landscape.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead a post-graduate Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy.
• Establish the Center's academic identity, programming, and long-term strategy.
• Develop a roadmap to expand into supervised experiential/clinical components as regulations evolve.
• Explore ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as an immediate training pathway.
• Oversee the Center's budget, staffing, and operations.
• Collaborate with the Provost and senior leadership as the Center grows.
