Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts seeks an Executive Lounge Attendant for the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace in Madison, WI. This part-time role (Mon–Fri) is centered on delivering a welcoming, high-quality lounge experience for Hilton Honors guests while maintaining operations and guest safety.

You will set up and maintain the lounge, serve food and beverages, assist with events, monitor guest counts, and coordinate with the team.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read and understand English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
• Warm, helpful approach to service with attention to detail.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the lounge area with tables, chairs, china, and service ware.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with Hilton brand standards and event orders.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked lounge, pantry, and storage space.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or communicate with supervisors as needed.
• Monitor lounge usage and keep accurate guest counts.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure daily service runs smoothly.
• Support hotel-wide operations as needed, with flexibility and teamwork.

Executive Lounge Attendant

Location: Hilton Madison Monona Terrace – Madison, WI

Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Friday Availability Required

Wage: $18.00/hour

What Will You Be Doing?

As an Executive Lounge Attendant, you will be the face of our exclusive lounge experience for Hilton Honors guests. Each shift brings new opportunities to provide thoughtful service and ensure a relaxing, high-quality atmosphere, including:

• Setting up and breaking down the lounge area with tables, chairs, china, and service ware
• Serving food and beverages in accordance with Hilton brand standards and event orders
• Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized lounge, pantry, and storage space
• Responding promptly to guest requests or communicating with supervisors as needed
• Monitoring lounge usage and keeping accurate guest counts
• Collaborating with the team to ensure daily service runs smoothly
• Supporting hotel-wide operations as needed, with flexibility and teamwork

What Will You Bring to the Role?

We are looking for someone who brings professionalism, energy, and a guest-first attitude to every shift. Our ideal candidate has:

• Previous hospitality or food & beverage experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to read and understand instructions in English
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with reasonable accommodation
• A warm, helpful approach to service with attention to detail
• Availability to work Monday through Friday (no weekends required)
