Del Mar College is seeking a Testing Proctor to support the Testing Department in Corpus Christi. The role involves administering and proctoring exams such as TSI, GED, CLEP and HESI, greeting students, assisting with test registration, and handling inquiries by phone and email.

The position is part-time and requires high school diploma or GED, with opportunities for bilingual candidates and preferred experience in a community college setting.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Awareness of test security and confidentiality.

• Proficient with computers, fax and copier.
• Ability to work with faculty and staff.
• Ability to answer questions and provide services to students, faculty and community members.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and proctor exams: TSI, GED, CLEP, HESI, etc.
• Greet students and assist with information and test registration.
• Answer phones and provide testing information by email/mail.
• Fax/mail/email score requests.
• Receive exam payments and balance money at the end of each shift.
